• Legislation · First Draft — April 2026 Artificial Intelligence Reasoning Integrity Act (AIRIA Act) Model legislation prohibiting subliminal monetization of AI reasoning outputs in therapeutic, medical, and legal contexts. Establishes categorical prohibitions, disclosure standards, FTC/FDA enforcement authority, $10,000 statutory damages per violation with a private right of action, and criminal penalties for willful high-stakes violations. The first model legislation to treat the reasoning layer as a distinct and regulable commercial medium.
